Eligibility is determined solely upon financial eligibility and employment history and based on the following criteria:

• Must be currently working
  
• Must be working a minimum of 30 hours per week
  
• Must have worked 10 out of the last 12 months
  
• Earned income up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
  
• Must live in one of the nine parishes served
• Not have any form of medical or dental insurance
  
• Not be receiving any form of federal or state assistance
